WHO PROVIDES THE COVERAGE FOR PAGE PLUS?
Coverage for Page Plus is provided by the nation's largest and most reliable network. Due to carrier constraints we are not allowed to mention the network provider name, but can just mention that it is the largest CDMA network in the United States where Verizon phones may be utilized.
WHAT PHONES CAN WE USE ON PAGE PLUS?
You can use most Verizon phones on the Page Plus plan. Verizon phones that can not be used on Page Plus include Blackberry, Palm and locked Verizon devices. In the future we will also carry Page Plus phones branded as well.
CAN I CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER?
Yes, you can change your phone number just call customer care at (800)550-2436 to change your phone number.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY BALANCE?
All you have to do is dial #737 from your phone or by contacting customer care by dialing (800)550-2436.
HOW DO I FIND MY ESN?
The ESN can be found under the battery it is often labeled as ESN, MEID, HEX or DEC. If you are unable to locate it please contact customer care at (800)319-4757 for assistance.
WHAT IF MY PHONE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
If your phone is lost or stolen you can either give us the new phone ESN that you would like to use or put it on hold. To change the ESN or to put the account on hold please call customer service at (800)550-2436
WHEN DO MY MINUTES EXPIRE?
If you are on the standard pay per minute plan, your minutes will last 120 days. If you are on a monthly plan, your minutes will expire every 30 days.
